Beyonce's New Album 4: Old School Classy

I'm sure by now, many of you have picked up Beyonce's new album 4. I am also sure you have noticed that the sound is a little different from here normal club bangin' hits of the past. This time around B has taken a much more mature approach to her sound. While it might scare away those looking for a Single Ladies part 2, those who stick around and spend time with the album will be pleasantly surprised. Beyonce has evolved for the better. Her artistry has reached new heights and she no longer needs to hide behind the synthesized tempos of some of her contemporaries. Her vocal capability has truly come into its own. I see 4 as a preview of greater things to come. While 4 may seem like the final exam of her master class, surely it establishes why the performer remains on top. She is more than a mini skirt and a diva fan. Beyonce is an artist. This is something 4 does not let us forget.
